More and more Filipinos have felt the love and care of ABS-CBN as the network continued to visit barangays all over the country to offer free medical and dental services, job fair, and livelihood seminars for its “Kapamilya Love Weekend.”

Among those that the network was able to help was Baguio resident Maribel Balcita and her son, JR, who is diagnosed with hypoxia. In an interview with “TV Patrol,” Maribel expressed gratitude as she was able to get free medicine and free medical check-up for her son. Their visit to the event was even made extra special as JR was also given a wheelchair.

Meanwhile in Palawan, siblings Angela and JP who both suffer from club foot and sustained wounds on their feet, were also given medical assistance, as they received comfort from the pain they have long endured.

Besides medical check-ups and free medicine, the “Kapamilya Love Weekend” also brought closer to Filipinos free optical, dental, and laboratory services, free haircut, and free vaccination for pets.

The “Kapamilya Love Weekend” is just one of the many public service activities launched and are being conducted by the company in its more than six decades of being in the service of the Filipino. It is an opportunity for the Kapamilya network to express its gratitude for the love and support in the past 65 years.
