The Quiapo Church has urged devotees to start using its mobile app for their prayer intentions.

In a Twitter post, it said using the app, the people will bring and make viable their devotion to the Black Nazarene wherever they are during the coronavirus disease pandemic.

“You can use this app for mass and prayer intentions, a guide in praying the Holy Rosary, Novena to the Black Nazarene, Via Crucis at Via Lucis and everyday prayer,” the Quiapo Church said.

The devotees just need to click the link to download the app.

For Android: play.google.com/store/apps/det, while for iOS, apps.apple.com/us/app/id15334,” it said.

The Quiapo Church vowed to add more features in the mobile app.

“We will try to add more features in the app for the growth of their (devotees) faith and devotion during this time,” it added.

The Catholic Church encouraged the people to use social media to be able to attend masses as the number of people inside churches are only limited to a 10-percent seating capacity of the venue in areas under general community quarantine. (PNA)
