The supposed record holder of the Guinness World Records’ oldest living person, Francisca Susano, died on Monday at 124 years old, announced by the local government of Kabankalan in Negros Occidental.
She just celebrated her 124th birthday on September 11. The cause of her death is yet to be disclosed.
Also, as of September this year, Guinness World Records was currently validating the paperwork needed for her to be formally recognized as the world’s oldest living person.
Susano was born on September 11, 1897, the notable year when Andres Bonifacio was arrested and the establishment of the second revolutionary republican government led by Emilio Aguinaldo in Biak-na-Bato, Bulacan.
