Among the remarkable individuals honored are five accomplished Filipino women, each making waves in their respective fields.

The ’50 Over 50′ list highlights the accomplishments and impact of individuals who continue to excel in their careers, breaking age barriers and redefining success. The selected women from the Philippines have demonstrated resilience, innovation, and leadership, earning them a spot among the influential figures recognized by Forbes Asia.

Here are the five accomplished Pinays featured in Forbes Asia’s ’50 Over 50′ list:

1. Miriam Coronel-Ferrer – Peace Negotiator, Philippines

Retired professor and renowned Peace Negotiator, Miriam Coronel-Ferrer, stood out for her pivotal role during the country’s fight against martial law in the 1970s. Forbes recognizes her as a frontliner in peace talks, participating in the 2014 Comprehensive Agreement on Bangsamoro and co-founding the Southeast Asian Women Peace Mediators.

2. Esther Go – CEO-President, Medilink Networks, Philippines

Esther Go, a trailblazer in the electronic health-tech sector, has led Medilink Networks for nearly two decades. Under her guidance, the company has connected over 200,000 physicians with more than two million patients in the Philippines. 3. Anna Ma. Margarita Dy – President-CEO, Ayala Land, Philippines

Breaking barriers, Anna Ma. Margarita Dy emerged as the first female CEO of Ayala Land, the country’s second-largest property developer. Dy’s leadership comes at a crucial time as Ayala Land accelerates residential projects to meet surging housing demand. Her impressive journey includes overseeing luxury housing projects as COO and head of the residential business group.

4. Susan Co – Co Founder-Vice Chair, Puregold, Philippines

Susan Co, part of the power couple behind Puregold, the Philippines’ affordable supermarket chain, secures her place in the ’50 Over 50′ list. With a combined net worth of $2.3 billion, Co has played a pivotal role in Puregold’s success, which has gained popularity with the middle class, boasting over 300 stores nationwide. She also holds leadership positions at Cosco Capital and various other companies.

5. Dolly De Leon – Actress, Philippines
