The lead vocalists of the popular folk pop band, Ben&Ben are finally collaborating with a well-known hair care brand, Cream Silk.

It all started last February when Ben&Ben’s official Twitter account posted a meme that went viral where Paolo and Miguel Benjamin’s faces were edited on the sachet of the brand of shampoo as the endorsers.

“Kung sino man ang gumawa nito, mabuhay ka,” the artists tweeted.

Months later, the meme turned into a reality when Cream Silk Philippines officially announced on their Facebook page the magical collaboration with Ben&Ben with the campaign hashtag #CreamSilkArawAraw will come true.

“Di na kathang-isip ang silky smooth hair with Cream Silk and Ben&Ben! Keep your hair mahiwaga everyday,” wrote in the caption.

Cream Silk posted a video that was inspired by the band’s hit song “Araw-Araw” to remind everyone to take care of their hair. It is something that we should do every day and we could achieve that hair goal by using conditioner in our normal hair care routine.

In fact, this collaboration is considered special because it is the first time that a hair care brand has tapped male ambassadors to be part of their campaign.

Aside from that, they shared a 5-minute clip where the Benjamin Brothers are unboxing the PR box that was sent by the brand.

Moreover, the lead vocalists couldn’t contain their happiness at being chosen to be part of the campaign. The brand described this collaboration as “mahiwaga”, as what’s written in the letter.

“It’s an honor to break gender stereotypes,” Paulo said in the video.

Also, the brothers announced that they will be having an upcoming online concert that will be sponsored by Cream Silk on August 8, 2021.
