“These isolation facilities are needed in case there will be a spike of Covid-19 cases brought about by the Delta variant,” said Apolinario, also the local task force on Covid-19 chief implementer.
The city has 123 actives cases of Covid-19 as of Friday, with 37 of them admitted in hospitals and the remaining 86 confined in isolation facilities of the city government. (PNA)
