NTT Ltd., a world leading global technology services provider, today announced that current Global Chief Executive Officer, Jason Goodall, will retire at the end of June 2021. After 23 years in many senior leadership roles across the NTT family, including Global CEO of Dimension Data, and the inaugural Global CEO of NTT Ltd., Jason has decided to step down in the middle of next year to spend more time with his family and pursue a portfolio career in the technology industry as an investor, advisor and board member.

Following his retirement, Jason will remain as a Board Director for NTT Ltd. and Dimension Data, as well as act as a strategic advisor for our NTT Venture Capital business.

Jason has brought a unique energy and passion for both the industry and organisation over the last 23 years of service. He is a people-first leader and has built the new organization based on purpose, performance and culture. Having successfully completed the first phase of the integration and managed the impact of COVID-19 this year, Jason is leaving an incredible legacy.

Jason will remain as Global CEO until 1 April 2021 and will then work closely with his successor for three months to ensure a seamless handover. NTT will be announcing Jason’s successor in the coming weeks.
