Order Hero is an avenue to help food delivery riders of Grab, Food Panda, LalaMove, and Angkas find new customers for their cancelled orders. This way, they won’t have to worry paying the meals out of their own pockets while a new customer gets to have food delivered at home.

Riders are only required to post their previously cancelled order along with its official receipt and a screenshot of the cancellation. Any interested buyer may comment with the #SavedByAHero.

A number of riders have since expressed their gratitude towards the initiative.

As of press, the public Facebook group has over 150,000 members is gaining more and more attraction as it promotes good customer-rider relationship.

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues in the Philippines, it is apparent that there has been a surge in food delivery services, making food delivery riders among the nation’s unsung heroes as they continuously deliver our meals right to our doorsteps.
