Morning workout done and done ✅. So as you’ve all already probs noticed, after my wedding, I clearly enjoyed eating to my tummy’s delight ? I also got very lazy to workout. So this year, I’ve decided to diversify my workouts – adding 3 different exercises throughout the week ( of course, keeping in mind that it compliments my running) to make it fun and help me from getting bored ??‍♀️!
