3. Have a Drink
Your best friend after food: alcohol. There’s no need to get wasted and to barf out all your feelings, but a trusty glass of wine, a bottle of beer, or a pretty cocktail will get you loosened up and feeling free. Suddenly you can’t be annoyed at Sheila anymore because there’s too much to laugh about.
A word of caution, however: depending on your tolerance, too much alcohol might magnify your sappy feelings to the nth degree. So it’s best to keep it to one or two glasses, unless you have a girls night out to look forward to.
